Biography: Oxana was born and raised in the Former Soviet Union, now known as the Russian Federation. She grew up participating in many sports, and quickly acquired the competitive athlete mind set. One of Oxana's passions was competitive gymnastics, which was a big part of her life. Oxana brings to us her unique style of personal training combining Eastern European technique with traditional American fitness programming.
